Israel-war anniversary & Biden visit in Berlin: Cops are preparing assaults on protesters in Neukölln

Berlin 02.10.2024. The police already placed their red/white barriers at multiple corners in Sonnenallee for the upcoming protests against the spreading of the genocidal war of Israel and it’s allies against the people.

Also “no parking” traffic signs for 4th to 13th October are placed in this area of Sonnenallee between Reuterstraße and Panierstraße.

Sonnenallee is well known for the spontaneous protests of the people. And the route of the demo “Palestine resists – It started long before October 7th” – on 6th of October – is planned to go through Sonnenallee.

BUT: The planned end-point of the demo, Sonnenallee/Elbestraße, is 5 streets far away to the east from the corner Pannierstraße.

For that it looks somehow obvious that the Berlin government police is planning their assaults on the demo before reaching the end.

One background for the one week long siege of Sonnenallee by the cops is the coming visit of “Genocide Joe” – like US-President Biden is titled by the pro Palestine movement in the US – from 10th to 13th in Berlin. German police is calling out “highest alert level” for these days, like the right-wing police union GdP stated in the newspaper Tagesspiegel.

The other background is the one year mark of 7th of October and the planned solidarity shows and solidarity demonstrations of the german government and it’s accomplices with the genocidal politics of Israel in the capital of Germany – and the already announced protests against this warmongering shit.

The media of the state and the bourgeoisie is already spreading their hatred in preparation for the coming police violence, like for example the notorious Springer “news”paper BZ: “Jahrestag des Terrors – Berliner Polizei bereitet sich auf Krawalle vor” – “Anniversary of the Terror – Berlin police is preparing for riots“.
