Because of multiple trials against Pro-Palestine comrades at Berlin-Amtsgericht, antirepression-structures in Berlin mobilized together with comrades from Revolutionary Youth Bund from other cities to a joint Trial solidarity day with rallies in front of the Court building and a rally.
There where three trials at the same day and in the same building.
From 9AM morning until hours after afternoon around 50 persons – a part of them did have a long exhaustive travel from their cities far from Berlin – participated at the rallies in front of the court building and inside the court rooms to show solidarity during the trials. Several speeches where held by different groups, while holding a banner stating “From court to court: Solidarity is our weapon!”.
The shouted slogans where not only heard in the whole street but also in the court rooms, especially in the high security court room.
During the rally a marching demo take place around the court building passing also the nearby Moabit prison, where prisoners could hear the slogans.
At one trial the comrade was judged for “brutality against the police”, while he was the one who was bloodily beaten up by the cops when he was in solidarity with the Pro Palestine bloc at the Liebknecht Luxemburg Demo 2024. The trial ended with termination of the proceedings.
For the trial against the Palestinian refugee comrade who was at this day 4 month in pre-trial detention was delayed for some hours and in the end of it he wasn’t released. At one of the following days the comrade was released out of pre-trial detention but than was judged for 2 years and 2 month just for allegedly throwing a firework cracker on a police car in Neukölln.
Because of the thousands investigation proceedings by the fuckin Berlin cops, for a very long time many more trials against our comrades will happen. It’s important that we all together show solidarity for our comrades, doesn’t matter from which contexts, groups, organizations they are.
