NEW CASA (Berlin-Hellersdorf): Weitere Raumnutzer*innen gesucht!

Wir sind das Jugend Hausprojekt New Casa und wir suchen nach Menschen die unsere Räume nutzen!

Das Hausprojekt ist in der Wurzener Str. 6/8 in Hellersdorf in der Nähe der Ubahn Haltestelle Louis-Lewin Straße. Kommt vorbei und lernt uns und unsere Räume kennen. Besonders wenn ihr in der Nähe wohnt. Wir haben die nächsten Wochen jeden Tag geöffnet!

Wir wollen für die Zukunft noch mehr queere, internationalistische, dekoloniale und pro-palästinensische Energie in unsere Räume bringen!

Besonders willkommen heißen möchten wir Jugendliche, queere und Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund. Für zu lange Zeit wurde das Haus hauptsächlich von einer kleinen Gruppe deutscher selbsternannter Linker bespielt. Tretet bestehenden Jugendstrukturen bei und lasst uns das ändern!

Verfügbare Strukturen:

🛍️ Freeshop – kostenlose Kleidung und vieles weitere. Spende und nehme Dinge für dich und die Gemeinschaft!
🛠️ Werkstatt – viele verschiedene Werkzeuge und Ausrüstung zur solidarischen Nutzung. Holzverarbeitungswerkzeug und ein Holzlager, sowie ein Metalllager.
🥊 Sportraum – Box- und sonstiges Sportequipment, sowie ein kleines Kraftsportstudio.
🎸 Musikräume (weitere Bauarbeiten benötigt) – Schalldichte Räume und Musikinstrumente warten darauf genutzt und verwaltet zu werden
🎓 Seminarraum – Ein Raum der für Treffen genutzt werden kann
💡 Kreativwerkstatt – Siebdruck, Dunkelraum für Fotografie und ein potentiell funktionierender Ofen zum Töpfern
🎉 Bar- und Konzertraum mit Soundtechnik (Es sind einige Wartungsarbeiten erforderlich)für Soliküfas/Partys/Konzerte
🍽️ Potentielle Küfa-Küche, muss aber renoviert werden

Sportraum, Küfa-Küche, Musikraum, Werkstatt und Freeshop sind über eine Rampe erreichbar. Die Toiletten sind nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Andere Räume sind über längere Treppen erreichbar, aber es gibt rollstuhlgerechte Toiletten. Wir freuen uns über Support beim Bau einer Rollstuhlrampe!

The youth house project New Casa is looking for people to use the spaces!

The house project is located in Wurzenerstr 6/8 in Hellesdorf, near Ubahn Louis-Lewin-Strasse. Come get to know us and see the spaces, especially if you live nearby. We are open the whole day the upcoming weeks!

We want to breath even more fresh queer, internationalist, decolonial, pro-palestine energy into the spaces!

Especially, we would like to welcome youth, queer and people with migration background. For too long the house has been serving small bubble of german selfproclaimed leftists. Join existing youth structure and lets change that!

Available resources:

🛍️ Freeshop – free clothes and many other stuff. Donate and take things for yourself and your community!
🛠️Workshop – all sort of tools and equipment on solidarity basis. Woodworking equipment and wood storage. Metal storage.
🥊 Sportsroom – boxing and fitness equipment and small lifting gym
🎸 Music rooms (additional maintenance needed) – soundproof space and music instruments waiting to be organised and used
🎓 Seminar room – space to use for meetings
💡 Creative workshop – screenprinting, dark room for photography and potentially functioning oven for pottery
🎉 Bar and concert room with light and sound equipment(to be maintained) for soli kufas/parties/concerts
🍽️ Potential kufa kitchen, to be renovated

Sportsroom, kufa kitchen, music rooms, workshop and freeshop are accesible with ramp, toilets are not wheelchair accesible.
Other rooms are accesible with long staircase, but there is wheelchair accesible toilet. We are looking for support in ramp construction!
