One of our comrades is standing trial again on 22.07. at 1 pm, for 2 different charges related to 2 different demonstrations, which both happened in September 2024.
The comrade is accused or insulting the cops, threatening them, and resisting arrest.
In one of the two demonstrations, on 21.09.24, cops kettled around 60 people inside U-Bahn Yorckstraße and detained them for more than two hours, denying them access to basic necessities. They beat up several people brutally, leading to hospitalization, after actively preventing rescue.
Our comrade filmed the police dragging a young Palestinian man out of the ubahn station and beating him on the ground. The cops shoved them several times and, after failing to Prevent them from recording, they arrested them and confiscated their phone.
They used the accusation of “insult” as an excuse, as they often do.
In the first 2 court sessions, the prosecution requested a severe penalty without proof, while a cop contraddictes himself by saying both that he didn’t remember and that he was in therapy because of the alleged threats. The evidence video the poilce wanted to show did not exist on the defendant’s phone that had been seized for two years.

يقف أحد رفاقنا أمام المحكمة يوم 24.06 الساعة 9:30 صباحًا، لمواجهة تهمتين منفصلتين تتعلقان بمظاهرتين مختلفتين، وكلتاهما جرتا في سبتمبر/أيلول 2024.
يُتهم الرفيق بإهانة عناصر الشرطة، وتهديدهم، ومقاومة الاعتقال.
في إحدى المظاهرتين، التي جرت في 21.09.2024، فرضت الشرطة طوقًا على نحو 60 شخصًا داخل محطة مترو يوركشتراسه (U-Bahn Yorckstraße)، واحتجزتهم لأكثر من ساعتين، ومنعتهم من الوصول إلى الاحتياجات الأساسية. كما اعتدت بعنف على عدد من الأشخاص، ما أدى إلى نقل بعضهم إلى المستشفى، بعد أن أعاقت بشكل متعمد وصول فرق الإسعاف.
قام رفيقنا بتصوير الشرطة وهي تسحب شابًا فلسطينيًا من محطة المترو وتعتدي عليه بالضرب وهو على الأرض. ودفعه أفراد الشرطة عدة مرات، وبعد أن فشلوا في منعه من التصوير، اعتقلوه وصادروا هاتفه. واستخدموا تهمة “إهانة الشرطة” كذريعة، كما يفعلون في كثير من الأحيان.
في أول جلستي محاكمة، طلب الادعاء فرض عقوبة مشددة دون تقديم أدلة تثبت الاتهامات، بينما أدلى أحد أفراد الشرطة بشهادة متناقضة؛ إذ قال من جهة إنه لا يتذكر الوقائع، ومن جهة أخرى إنه يخضع للعلاج النفسي بسبب التهديدات المزعومة. كما أن مقطع الفيديو الذي أرادت الشرطة تقديمه كدليل لم يكن موجودًا على هاتف المتهم، رغم أن الهاتف ظل مُصادرًا لمدة عامين.
