    Come together with us for Nakba day to watch Off Frame AKA Revolution Until Victory – a story of Palestinian self-representation in the 1960s and 1970s, with the establishment of the Palestine Film Unit as part of the PLO. It shows the works of militant filmmakers in reclaiming image and narrative through revolutionary and militant cinema.
    After the screening, there will be an hip hop performance by Polymath and improvisation by C and Drugstore Beetles.

    Die Uni zeigt uns an und wir lassen das nicht unbeantwortet!

    Kommenden Freitag steht der nächste Prozess gegen ein*e Student*in wegen dem Protestcamp an der FU im Mai 2024 an. Angeklagt wird wegen Widerstand. Die Person muss sich vor Gericht ausserdem wegen Beleidigung und Widerstand im Rahmen einer Demo am Hermannplatz im letzten Jahr verantworten.

    Diesmal findet keine Kundgebung statt. Wir werden trotzdem da sein und im Gerichtssaal unsere Solidarität zeigen. Schließt euch uns an! Schluss mit der Kriminalisierung von studentischen Protest!

    Seid am besten eine halbe Stunde vor Prozessbeginn da, um pünktlich in den Saal zu kommen.

    15th of May at the yearly Nakba demonstration over a dozen people were arrested and subjected to brutal police violence. The repression we have faced over the years, since 7th October, have reached a new level yesterday. Not only did the police decide to beat us up on the streets, they blindfolded our comrades in prison cells and beat them up, too. As of now there are still two comrades waiting for a decision by a judge to be released! We will not be intimidated by these repression tactics, we will answer with resistance until our comrades are free!

    Let’s gather at 16th of May 9am in front of the police station and fight for the freedom of our comrades! Their repression cannot intimidate us – united we fight on the streets!

November 2023 twitterte Dror Dayan den verbotenen Slogan über das Meer und den Fluss als Kommentar dazu, dass dieser Slogan in Deutschland verboten und mit Nazisymbolen gleichgesetzt werden soll. Jetzt steht er wegen „Verwendens von Kennzeichen verfassungswidriger und terroristischer Organisationen” vor Gericht.

    Wir sagen klar: Eure Verbrechen, nicht unsere!

    Schluss mit der Täter-Opfer-Umkehr und der Reinwaschung des deutschen Gewissens auf dem Rücken der Palästinenser*innen. Verbote und Einschränkungen der Meinungsfreiheit können die deutsche Beteiligung am Völkermord in Gaza nicht verschleiern!

    Ob durch Waffenlieferungen, vor dem Internationalen Strafgerichtshof oder mit dem Knüppel auf der Straße, die BRD stellt sich wieder stolz auf die Seite des Völkermordes. Wir rufen alle auf, am 14.05.2025 zur Kundgebung und Prozessbegleitung zu kommen und die Stimme gegen diesen von Deutschland unterstützten Völkermord zu erheben.     Unter dem Motto „Völkermörder – Not Welcome!” werden wir uns um 13 Uhr vor dem Schloss Bellevue versammeln und laut gegen den Besuch des Völkermörder Isaak Herzog protestieren.

    Der Präsident Israels, Herzog, befeuert den Genozid in Gaza und behauptet, es gäbe keine Zivilisten in Gaza.

    Er steht als Person sinnbildlich für den Genozid an zehntausenden Palästinenser*innen. Israel hungert die Bevölkerung in Gaza aus und verübt sogar einen Drohnenangriff auf eine Menschenrechts-Flotilla vor Malta, damit keine Hilfsgüter nach Gaza reinkommen. Ein Kriegsverbrechen aus Tel Aviv jagt das Nächste.

    Wir sagen klar und deutlich: Völkermördern rollt man keinen roten Teppich aus, Völkermörder müssen bekämpft werden!

    Auch die deutsche Bundesrepublik ist Mittäter am Genozid in Gaza, militärisch und politisch.

    Sie versucht nicht mal mehr es zu vertuschen. Gerade ist Merz als Kanzler gekrönt worden, schon zeigt die CDU / SPD Regierung, dass sie den Völkermord in Gaza weiter unterstützen werden.

    Wir werden am 12. Mai um 13.00 Uhr vorm Schloss Bellevue dagegen protestieren.

    The long awaited court hearing has been postponed!

    The judge that will be looking into the legal basis on the criminalization of the popular slogan “From the River to the Sea Palestine will be Free” claimed “she needs more time to prepare”.

    We stand in solidarity with the affected comrade, and reemphasize the legitimacy of not only the slogan, but the political message it represents.

    The liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea, means ending the genocide, means dismantling the colony, means the return of the refugees, means life in dignity and justice in historic Palestine.

    The liberation of Palestine is an anti-fascist, anti-colonial, and anti-imperial struggle. Their attempts to ban slogans, organisations, demonstrations, and whatever else, will not change our collective efforts all around the world for a free Palestine. From its river. To its sea.

    After the first trial ended with postponing, our comrade will be in court again on Wednesday, 07.05. at 12:00. The state is prosecuting them for “Volksverhetzung” and “Beleidigung” after an intervention by a group of 5 zionists in the Dyke March soli event at Möbel Olfe on 08.06.2024. The 5 used stickers and Zionist/IDF rainbow flags to mark a “safe table for jews”. When asked to clear it, they called the police instead.

    This action and the campaign that followed was a disgusting provocation, where these “leftists” used the cops against us. Our comrade was reported for using criminalised slogans like “Zionisten sind Faschisten” against the “intervention”. The case was supposed to be dropped, but the state prosecutor chose to take it over, insisting on its public interest.
    The first session was conducted in a very unfair way, with a zionist witness being discovered in the audience but not disqualified.

    We condemn this zionist action and the shameful pink-washing behind it, and invite you to stand in solidarity with our comrade, on 07.05. at Turmstraße 91. Let’s be many!

    Die Revolutionäre 1.Mai-Demo 2025 in Berlin wird um 18 Uhr am Südstern gemeinsam starten und dort auch gemeinsam enden.

    Auch dieses Jahr heißt es wieder: Heraus zum internationalen Kampftag der Arbeiter:innenklasse! Am 1. Mai werden wir gemeinsam vom Südstern über die Urbanstraße, den Hermannplatz, die Sonnenallee und die Karl-Marx-Straße zurück zum Südstern unseren Zorn auf die Straße tragen.

    Es wird einen Block geben, der sich gegen imperialistische Kriege wendet und einen besonderen Fokus auf den Genozid in Palästina sowie die sich zuspitzende Situation in Kurdistan legen wird.

    Keine Abschiebungen von Palästinenserinnen aus Gaza! Keine Abschiebungen von irgendjemandem!

    Wir rufen alle Menschen mit Gewissen auf, sich uns im Kampf gegen die unerbittlichen Angriffe Deutschlands auf Migrant*lnnen und Asylsuchende anzuschließen.

    Abschiebungen nach Griechenland sind seit Jahren wegen den unmenschlichen Lebensbedingungen für Asylsuchende ausgesetzt worden. Am 16. April 2025 wird der Bundesverwaltungsgericht jedoch über einen wichtigen Fall entscheiden, der einen Präzedenzfall für die Massenabschiebung von Migrant*inne und Asylbewerberinnen nach Griechenland durch den deutschen Staat schaffen könnte. Konkret bedeutet dies eine große Gefahr für „alleinstehende, gesunde, junge männliche Asylbewerber mit Schutzstatus in Griechenland”.

    Das neue Urteil könnte eine Eskalation der verwerflichen Politik Deutschlands gegenüber Migrant*innen und Asylbewerberinnen sein. Das zeigt sich sehr deutlich im Fall der Palästinenserinnen aus Gaza in Deutschland, deren Asylanträge seit Oktober 2023 eingefroren sind, unter dem Vorwand, die Situation in Gaza sei „unklar”. Sie baut auf dem bestehenden antipalästinensischen Rassismus und der Unterdrückung in Deutschland auf – und das alles, während Deutschland aktiv an dem andauernden Völkermord teilnimmt, indem es die zionistische Besatzung militärisch, diplomatisch und wirtschaftlich unterstützt.

    Jetzt müssen wir uns mehr denn je gegen diese barbarische Eskalation wehren! Geht auf die Straße: lehnt Rassismus und europäische Grenzgewalt ab und kämpft dagegen!

    The decision by the German government to cease funding directly plays into the hands of the Israeli fascist right and its plans for endless war. It contributes to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the violent oppressionof the Palestinian people, who are the primary victims of Germany’s support for Israel’s ultra-right government. The cessation of funding has severely impacted two Israeli human rights organizations, “Zochrot” and “New Profile,” as well as six Palestinian human rightsorganizations. These Palestinian organizations include Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, Al-Haq, Bisan Center for Research and Development, Defense for Children International-Palestine, the Union of Agricultural Work Committees, and the Union of Palestinian Women’s Committees.It is crucial to emphasize that these organizations do not violateany existing laws and operate in accordance with the law in Israel. Despite being labeled as “terrorist organizations” by Germany and Israel, these groups have been working for many years alongside international human rights organizations, providing essential support to vulnerable populations.The cessation of funding poses an immediate threat to their continued work and represents yet another blow to civil society in a region increasingly characterized by militarization and authoritarianism. The German government’s claim that these organizations violate legal frameworks is unfounded. These groups have long been recognized for their contributions to human rights advocacy and social justice. This decision not only undermines efforts for peace but also exacerbates humanitarian crises, further entrenching cycles of violence and repression against marginalized communities.

    The very politicians responsible for the politically motivated deportation Orders of the #BERLIN4 will be inside the Berlin House of Representatives at the Interior Affairs Committee meeting while we rally outside.

    They want to deport our comrades – but they will have to face us first.

    Refugees and pro-Palestine activists of colour in Germany have already been criminalised and deported simply for showing solidarity with the people of Palestine.

    Since October 2023, Germany has intensified its repression of pro-Palestinian voices, freezing all asylum applications from Palestinians from Gaza, with the official so-called justification that “the current events [in Gaza] are consistently unciear and difficult to assess” (BAMF)

    If Germany accepts that Palestinians from Gaza require asylum, they have to accept that their bombs are creating the conditions which must be fled.

    The international community has largely stayed silent on the repression and criminalisation of Palestinians and allies in Germany.

    Palestinians have been abducted from the streets of Berlin and exiled to Greece without so much as a peep in the media.

    Now, four international activists, three from the EU and one from the US, have been ordered to leave Germany by 21 April 2025.

    No convictions, no criminal records.
    Again, punishment for protesting Germany’s role in Israel’s genocide of Palestinians.

    The deportees’ lawyer, Alexander Gorski, has “warned that the cases are a test run for broader repression against immigrants and activists in Germany, not just about four protestors.” (The Intercept).

    We stand by all our comrades threatened with deportation in Germany!

    Let’s show them that they can’t deport a movement.

    Be loud.
    Be early.

    We are pleased to invite you to a film evening on Wednesday, April 2nd in Berlin. We will start with a Küfa at 20:00, followed by the film at around 8 pm (ca. 50 min long). Afterwards, there will be time for discussion.

    We will watch the first episode of the documentary “The Palestine Laboratory”, which is about how Israeli companies, such as Elbit Systems, test their weapons and surveillance technologies on Palestinians and then sell them on to be used by repressive regimes in various places around the world.

    As part of the film evening, we are collecting donations for Shut Elbit Down Germany, in order to be able to cover all incurred and future costs. This includes material and travel expenses, as well as anti-repression costs for our comrades, for example, in Ulm, who have been protesting in front of Elbit System’s production site for over a year and have experienced all kinds of arbitrary restrictions on freedom of assembly and other repression from the police.

    The film is in English and there are no subtitles or translation. The venue is not wheelchair accessible.

  • [2025/03/30] 3ezwa عزوة – Palestine Legal Fund introduces itself

    3ezwa is a new association for justice in Germany and freedom in Palestine.

    Emerging from the Berlin Legal Fund and founded in October 2024 by an alliance of pro-Palestinian activists and organizations, the association focuses on providing financial and legal support to people who experience repression because of their solidarity with Palestine.

    The goals of 3ezwa are:

    • to financially strengthen existing legal support structures in Germany,
    • to simplify the paths to legal support,
    • to offer free and easily accessible advice in three languages,
    • to help cover fines and legal fees.

    Long before October 7, 2023, German authorities pursued a policy of repression to intimidate and threaten the Palestine solidarity movement and migrant communities and to stifle any form of dissent against Germany’s Zionist reason of state.

    The main task of 3ezwa will be to raise funds, support existing solidarity structures, facilitate access to legal aid and provide free and easily accessible counseling to all Palestine activists facing repression for their activism.

    The aim of 3ezwa, together with the support of solidarity groups, is to strengthen the fundamental human rights under attack in Germany and to fight for the right to live in freedom and dignity in Palestine.

    The name 3ezwa (زوةﻋ) describes a close group or community with which a person is deeply connected. When people talk about their 3ezwa, they refer to their family, friends and allies who stand by them, offer protection and support them in all challenges. 3ezwa embodies collective strength, solidarity and the certainty of not being alone.

    The campaigns Stop Arming Israel and Shut Elbit Down, which target the German and Israeli arms industry in general and Israel’s largest arms manufacturer Elbit Systems in particular, are supporting this event as members of the Kufiya Netzwerk

    Die Uni zeigt uns an und wir lassen das nicht unbeantwortet!
    Am Freitag steht ein weiterer Prozess gegen einen Studenten wegen dem Protestcamp an der FU im Mai letztes Jahr an. Angeklagt wird wegen Beleidigung.

    Diesmal findet keine Kundgebung statt. Wir werden trotzdem da sein und im Gerichtssaal unsere Solidarität zeigen. Schließt euch uns an! Schluss mit der Kriminalisierung von studentischen Protest!

    Besonders nachdem Israel die Waffenruhe einseitig beendet hat und Palästinenser*innen wieder im Schlaf ermordet, Kinder ohne Anästhesie amputiert werden und die Menschen aus dem Norden Gazas fliehen müssen, rufen wir mit Nachdruck zu der Demonstartion “Don’t Support Apartheid” am 22.03 um 14 Uhr von Handala Leipzig auf, um gemeinsam Solidarität für die BT3P Aktivist*innen zu zeigen.

    Dass wir am 22.03. vor dem Verfassungsgericht in Leipzig stehen müssen um ein Aufheben des BDS Verbots einzufordern, ist gleichermaßen beschämend wie absurd. In einem Land, indem alle liberalen Stimmen von ‘gewaltfreien Protestformen’ träumen und glauben die Welt mit Menschenketten und Brandmauern aus Pappkarton retten zu können, stellt sich uns doch ernsthaft die Frage, weshalb friedlicher Boycott von vornehmlich milliardenschweren Firmen überhaupt in Frage gestellt wird?! Wovor habt ihr denn Angst?! Vor dem Boykott der Rüstungsindustrie?! Das wäre doch wirklich traurig, wenn Rheinmetall und Thyssen Krupp keine Panzer oder U-Boote mit Atomsprengköpfen mehr produzieren würden…… Boykott kriminalisieren zu wollen, eine Widerstandspraxis, die letztlich nichtmal irgendeine Handlung impliziert, sondern vielmer eine Nicht-Handlung. – nämlich von bestimmten Firmen keine Ware zu kaufen.
