  • [2025/03/14] Trial support: Accused to have resisted arrest during eviction of Pro Palestine Bundestag Camp

    One of our comrades is accused of “violently resisting arrest” during the barbaric eviction of the Bundestag camp by the German police, where supporters of Palestine camped from the 8th to the 26th of April 2024 demanding a stop of arms export to the Zionist occupation and the immediate stop of the ongoing genocide in Gaza!

    The trial will take place on March 14th at 12:15h in Amtsgericht Tiergarten, Room 101 (security room).

    The accusation is resisting arrest “violently” because the guy was holding on to his comrades in the sit-in. The police used a pain hold on him while taking them away.

    See you! If we are many, we will spontaneously register a rally outside.

    Its also important to note that court hearings on Palestine, and especially those that are published about and rallied for, take place in “security rooms”, which forces the judges in many cases to postpone the hearings due to the large number of cases.

    Let’s stay a thorn in their throats, and stand together in the face of their repression. Long live Palestine!

    One of our Palestinian comrades has not only one, but two court dates on Wednesday, 12.03.25.

    The first one is at 9 am, where he is charged with „Facilitating escape of prisoners” aka Gefangenenbefreiung
    The second one is at 10 am, for resisting arrest.

  • [2025/03/08] Feministischer Kampftag – Fight By Night Abenddemo

    Wir blicken zurück auf ein Jahr voller Krisen. Voller neu entfachter Kriege. Ein Jahr geprägt von einer Regierung, die sich selbst als “feministisch” und “wertegeleitet” bezeichnet, jedoch moralische Werte nur als Fassade für eine kapitalgeleitete Politik nutzt. Eine Regierung, die sich Jin Jiyan Azadî auf die Fahnen schreibt, aber Eurofighter-Jets an die Türkei liefert. Die sich für die Menschlichkeit ausspricht, aber mit deutschen Bomben Zivilist*innen in Gaza tötet. Eine Regierung, die sich nach außen hin für ein geschlechterbefreites Syrien einsetzt, aber gleichzeitig einer neuen islamistischen und frauenfeindlichen Regierung in Damaskus die Hand schüttelt – oder es zumindest versucht. Und wie in jedem Krieg sind FLINTA*-Personen mit am meisten von den Umständen betroffen.

    Doch damit muss endlich Schluss sein! Die Tradition des 8. März und aller feministischer Kämpfe zeigt uns, dass wir uns bei der Bekämpfung des Patriarchats nicht auf den Staat verlassen können. Denn das Konzept des Staates selbst fußt auf der Entstehung des Patriarchats. Das heißt, dass egal ob Annalena Baerbock, oder Heiko Maas im Außenministerium sitzt, eine antipatriarchale Praxis unmöglich ist. Jedes Recht von FLINTA*-Personen musste immer wieder aufs neue durch Protest von unten erkämpft werden. Dieser kämpferischen Tradition gehen wir auch dieses Mal nach und verleihen ihr neue Kraft!

    Wie beim letzten Jahr möchten wir explizit Trans*, Nonbinary, Inter, Agender, Frauen und Lesben einladen. Kommt entweder in den FLINTA*-Frontblock, oder schließt euch dem All-Gender-Block an!

    Call for revolutionary 8th march demonstration in Berlin

    March 8th is not a day for celebration – it is still a fight. What they try to sell under the name of feminism justifies genocide, war, military invasions and the plunder of resources. Their support of the arms industry, and developmental aid contribute directly to the oppression of others. There is nothing about this feminism worth celebrating. On March 8th we take to the streets to remember and honor our sibilings who fought, and to commit ourselves to the fight that remains unfinished. In the name and honor of our siblings that resisted throughout history, we will continue their legacy: Fighting for a world rooted in justice and collective self-determination requires self-organization. This means the commitment to dismantle and actively resist oppressive systems by any means necessary and to stand unconditionally with the oppressed, and their chosen paths of resistance.

    Nation states, police, corporate media, and capital work hand in hand to protect their own benefits by exercising their power over our lives, by threatening people with deportations, imprisonment, and physical violence. The willingness of Germany to defend its fascist ideals knows no limits. The repression faced by those who stand in solidarity for the liberation of Palestine continues to escalate, in order to shut down active resistance to the fascist policies and ideologies of the state. While for the last 17 months Germany froze all asylum cases from people fleeing Gaza, it has now started to arrest people from the streets and their homes, to deport them.

    To rise up against injustice is a moral imperative for everyone, everywhere, who dreams of a world free from imperialist domination and colonial exploitation. The fight against oppression and injustice will not end until we achieve total liberation for all.It is our responsibility to dismantle the systems of colonial occupation, to fight against the theft of resources by imperial powers, to fight for the abolition of all prisons and the freedom of all prisoners.

    We salute our fighter siblings from the mountains of Kurdistan to the lands of Burkina Faso, Niger and Mali. We salute the revolutionaries from the streets of Sudan, to the shores of Kanaky. We salute our people from the streets of Gaza to the mines of Congo. We salute the resistance of the autonomous territory in Chiapas to the mountains of the Philippines. You are our legacy. We are all one struggle against imperialist domination.

    Until total Liberation for all of us, we will organize, we will resist, we will fight back!

    Let’s take to the streets to show our determination, commitment, and rage, against colonial imperialist and patriarchal powers, and the fascist systems and societies that prioritize their own benefits over our lives.

    THE SOLIDARITY DINNER FOR PALESTINE IS BACK FOR ROUND TWO! On Friday, March 1st, from 6 to 10 PM, we’ll gather again at @vetomat. As usual, there will be delicious vegan lasagna, vegan tiramisú and drinks for a good price and a good cause.

    All proceeds will go 100% directly to an NGO in Palestine, which will distribute the money to families in need. If you’d like to help, we’re still urgently looking for volunteers.     Am 27. Januar letztes Jahr waren wir in Berlin bei einer Großdemonstration in Solidarität mit Palästina. Unser Genosse wurde während der Demonstration plötzlich von den Bullen rausgezogen, ohne Vorwarnung und Kommunikation in ein Auto gesteckt und weggefahren. Der Grund: Auf seiner Palästina-Fahne war eine Faust in Palästina-Farben abgebildet (s. Bild). Das sollte auf einer Palästina-Demo wirklich nichts Überraschendes sein. Die Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft behaupten aber, die Faust sehe dem Logo der Samidoun-Jugendbewegung Hirak „zum Verwechseln ähnlich”.

    Das Palästinensische Gefangenensolidaritätsnetzwerk Samidoun wurde im November 2023 vom Bundesinnenministerium verboten. Dass die Repressionsbehörden jetzt einen Zusammenhang zwischen den Symbolen konstruieren, ist absurd, aber bewusstes Kalkül. Die Faust ist ein Symbol der Entschlossenheit und des Kampfes, nicht nur in der Palästinabewegung.

    Eine erfolgreiche Kriminalisierung des Symbols würde eine noch willkürlichere Repression gegen die Palästina-Solidaritätsbewegung ermöglichen.

    Der Genosse hatte einen Strafbefehl über 1200€ erhalten, gegen den er Einspruch einlegte. Am Mittwoch findet die Hauptverhandlung statt.

    Da nur wenige von uns den weiten Weg von Münster nach Berlin auf sich nehmen können, rufen wir die Berliner Community auf, sich solidarisch zu zeigen und den Prozess solidarisch zu begleiten.

    Masafer Yatta – um dieses Gebiet in der Westbank geht es in dieser Doku – liegt im militärischen Sperrgebiet, der sogenannten „Feuerzone 918″, 14 bis 24 Kilometer südlich von Hebron. Der Terror gegen die einheimische palästinensische Bevölkerung durch rechtsextreme Siedler und dem israelischen Militär wird dort aktuell immer mörderischer.

    Internationalist:innen aus vielen Ländern, unter anderem auch aus Deutschland, versuchen dort schon seit Jahren bei Solidaritätsreisen in das Gebiet zumindest internationale Öffentlichkeit mittels Dokumentation zu erreichen.

    Angesichts des Genozids, der sich mit den aktuellen Plänen der totalen Annektion durch Israel in der Westbank fortsetzt, ist es wichtiger denn je, die Bevölkerung von Masafer Yatta zu unterstützen.

    In der 2024 auf der Berlinale präsentierten Doku filmt der junge palästinensische Aktivist Basel Adra über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren die Zerstörung seiner Gemeinde Masafer Yatta im besetzten Gebiet der Westbank durch israelische Behörden. Der israelische Journalist Yuval Abraham begleitet ihn bei seinem Kampf gegen die Zerörung und Besetzung durch Israel.

    Dieser Dokumentarfilm gewann den Publikumspreis bei der Berlinale 2024 und ist für einen Oscar nominiert. Nur wenige Tage nach Bekanntgabe der Oscar-Nominierung hat Israel die illegalen Aktivitäten in Masafer Yatta verstärkt.

    Anarchists for a free Palestine

    “State violence affects many… It is directed against those who protest or against those who resist this normal state of affairs and do not accept it as a given. These are those who demonstrate against the genocide in Gaza and against the German government that supplies the weapons for it, and who are therefore exposed to the authoritarian and violent mix of police batons, imprisonment, threats by the judiciary, threats of deportation, loss of employment, and secret service surveillance. Or their demonstrations are completely banned.     When German leftists are currently calling for solidarity against repression, for example for persecuted and imprisoned antifascists (with whom we also stand in solidarity!), they often remain silent about the massive wave of repression against the Free Palestine movement and migrant structures that has been ongoing since before October 2023. There is not even a small mention in solidarity, despite over 5,000 people in Berlin being under investigation for their stance on Palestine and despite the fact that every other day, Palestine solidarity activists are put on trial at the Amtsgericht Tiergarten Court.

    In stark contrast we have Comrade Martin, who was able to escape the RAF search & hunt shortly after comrade Daniela Klette was arrested in Berlin-Kreuzberg on February 26th, 2024, and now remains underground. We can only agree with his descriptions of the extreme circumstances and systematic German state terrorism! Freedom and happiness, comrade, to you and all others in hiding!

    Resistance must be intersectional and internationalist in order to break up the ruling conditions and develop real opportunities for its overthrow. Which logically can only mean that solidarity against all repression – for all our prisoners, for all our people in hiding and persecuted – must be intersectional and internationalist.

    In this sense, we are also calling for solidarity with comrade Bahar, who was imprisoned in the Lichtenberg prison for over four months for Palestine activism. And who was sentenced to two years and six months in prison for this, which she will have to serve if her appeal to the Federal Court of Justice is not successful.

    Camps, cages, torture and murder – the “Israeli” prison regime must be dismantled!

    Tens of thousands of Palestinian prisoners have been subjected to the murderous conditions in “Israel’s” prisons, many for years and decades. In addition to the genocide perpetrated by “Israel”, thousands of Palestinians have been taken hostage in Gaza. After the so-called “ceasefire”, a few hundred were finally released. But the genocide was only shifted to the West Bank, including hundreds more hostage-takings.

    As anarchists for a free Palestine, at the demonstration for the freedom of Daniela Klette, we therefore want to draw particular attention to the Palestinian prisoners.

    The terror against our friends and comrades must finally come to an end!

    Wenn von deutschen Linken derzeit zu Solidarität gegen Repression aufgerufen wird, wie zum Beispiel für verfolgte und eingeknastete Antifas (mit denen wir uns ebenfalls solidarisieren!), dann wird oft über die massive seit vor Oktober 2023 andauernde Repressionswelle gegen die Palästina-Solidaritäts-Bewegung und migrantische Strukturen geschwiegen. Nicht mal ein Nebensatz ist dann übrig für die Solidarität, obwohl in Berlin über 5000 Menschen deswegen von Ermittlungsverfahren betroffen sind und es jeden zweiten Tag Prozesse am Amtsgericht Tiergarten gegen palästinasolidarische Menschen gibt.

    Martin – Burkhard Garweg ist kurz nach der Festnahme der Genossin Daniela Klette in Berlin-Kreuzberg am 26.02.2024 der RAF-Fahndungs-Menschenjagd entkommen und lebt weiterhin im Untergrund: Seinen Beschreibungen der krassen Verhältnisse und des systematischen deutschen Staatsterrorismus können wir uns nur anschließen! Freiheit und Glück, Genosse, dir und allen anderen Untergetauchten!

    Freiheit für Daniela Klette, Freiheit für alle Gefangenen – hier und weltweit!

    Der Widerstand kann nur intersektional und internationalistisch sein, um die herrschenden Verhältnisse aufbrechen und reelle Chancen für den Umsturz entwickeln zu können. Was folgerichtig nur heißen kann, dass die Solidarität gegen jede Repression – für alle unsere Gefangenen, für alle unsere Untergetauchten und Verfolgten – intersektional und internationalistisch sein muss.

    In diesem Sinne rufen wir auch für die Solidarität mit Genossin Bahar auf, die wegen Palästina-Aktivismus über vier Monate in der JVA Lichtenberg in Untersuchungshaft eingesperrt war. Und die deswegen zu zwei Jahren und sechs Monaten Gefängnis verurteilt wurde, die sie absitzen muss, falls die Revision vor dem Bundesgerichtshof nicht erfolgreich sein sollte.

    Lager, Käfige, Folter und Mord – das „israelische“ Knastregime muss zerschlagen werden!

    Zehntausende palästinensische Gefangene sind den mörderischen Zuständen in „Israels” Knästen ausgesetzt, viele über Jahre und Jahrzehnte. Neben dem von „Israel” verübten Genozid wurden im Gaza tausende Palästinenser*innen als Geisel verschleppt. Nach dem sogenannten „Waffenstillstand” kommen ein paar Hundert endlich frei. Doch der Genozid wurde nur in die Westbank verlagert, inklusive hunderter weiterer Geiselnahmen.

    Als Anarchist*innen für ein freies Palästina wollen wir daher auf der Demo für die Freiheit von Daniela Klette insbesondere auch auf die palästinensischen Gefangenen aufmerksam machen.

    Der Terror gegen unsere Freund*innen und Genoss*innen muss endlich ein Ende haben!

    Das neu ins deutsch übersetzte Buch, „صمود Ein Land Voller Stimmen” handelt von diversen Geschichten aus dem Flüchtlingslager Dheisheh in Bethlehem. Geschichten, welche von aufgezwunger Armut und dem Kampf für Geschlechtergerichtigkeit erzählen. Davon, wie es ist in Palästina Kind zu sein und von den historischen und geopolitischen Interessen hinter der Besatzung. Den Masseninhaftierungen, der sozialen Zerstücklung durch Repression, sowie dem ständigen Vermissen, das zum erinnernden Kämpfen wird. Der physischen Trennung in Form einer Mauer und der Bürokratie als repressive Methode der Besatzung, die jede Sekunde des Lebens zu kontrollieren versucht. Nicht zuletzt erzählt das Buch von der Liebe zur Freiheit und dem Wunsch nach einem gemeinsamen und selbstbestimmten Leben.

    Am 07.02 um 19:00 laden wir in Euch ins Herman Schulz Cafe ein, um das Buch vorzustellen. Bei jeder Buchvorstellung konzentrieren wir uns auf eines der vielen Themen, welche durch die Geschichten in dem Buch aufgeworfen werden.

    Dieser Dokumentarfilm gewann den Publikumspreis bei der letzten Berlinale und ist für einen Oscar nominiert. Nur wenige Tage nach Bekanntgabe der Oscar-Nominierung hat Israel seine illegalen Aktivitäten in Masafer Yatta verstärkt.

    Many pro-Palestinian activists joined antifascist blockades in Berlin and blocked the AFD party conference in Riesa. With good reason – AFD pushes a permanent hate agenda, including being the first to call for UNRWA bans, for banning of democratic boycotts, calling Arab and Muslim people „imported antisemites”, for repression of trans and LGBTI+ and with their hate call slogan remigration, calling for mass deportation drives. Shocking, in this climate, is that other parties follow, and these racist plans now appear en masse in the programs of all Bundestag parties.

    Anarchists for Palestine will lead a long overdue discussion here: Antifa means Free Palestine.
    Bring in your perspectives – how can we develop this? What does it mean for us, in the antigenocide movement? What do we do now?

    The situation in the anti cuts movement, also diffuse: large protest coalitions are growing against huge, unheard of cutbacks: city meetings with Verdi (we are involved), with popular activist campaigns supporting BVG strikes, with mass culture protests. The Staatsräson arming of genocide and apartheid is pointedly not discussed; pro-Palestine flyers are received politely but without comment. We point out, one area was not cut: drastic and inhuman social, education and culture cuts, are paired with a massive increase in police budgets. Social crisis is to be met with police beatings, racial profiling, deportations, arrests of schoolchildren – as we have seen in the Palestine soli movement since the start of the genocide and our antiwar resistance. We cannot take this! Join us, to say, No, to bring your perspectives, and questions – pro-Palestinians and PoC will lead these movements – or they will fail!

  • [2025/01/31] Trial support and solidarity rally for imprisoned comrade – the prosecutor demanded to jail her for more than 3 years!

    In the last court session, the prosecutor demanded 3 years and 5 months of imprisonment against the comrade, the lawyer demanded for Probation. Tomorrow on Friday, the judge will decide!

    After four hearings and the testimonies of dozens of police officers, at 31.01. is sentencing day for this comrade, who has been in jail since October 2024 under pre-trial detention.

    Let us all stand in solidarity with this brave comrade who defends her principles and Palestine even from behind bars!

    After all these testimonies are over, at 31.01.2025 the imprisoned comrade will give an input/speech at the trial!

    At the previous hearing on 27.01.25 the state put the comrade again in a wooden cage while police officers from Bayern gave testimonies regarding the “attacking police” charges. The rally outside the court faced a lot of police harassment and arrests under the pretence that the slogan “Zionisten sind Faschisten” constitutes “inciting the public”. The police arrested almost half the rally attendees and took them to the detention center in Spandau, releasing them a couple of hours later.

    They are trying to criminalize our solidarity with this brave woman, who has been held since October 2024 in prison (Untersuchungshaft) for allegedly: Attempted damage to property, attempted arson, use of signs of unconstitutional or terrorist organizations, resistance to law enforcement officers, and assault on law enforcement officers.

    The next two hearings are this week. On Friday, after all these testimonies are over, there will be input from her side!

    Let us all join in solidarity with this brave comrade who defends her principles and Palestine even from behind bars!

    Am 11. November 2023 twitterte Dror Dayan den verbotenen Slogan über das Meer und den Fluss als Kommentar dazu, dass dieser Slogan in Deutschland verboten und mit Nazisymbolen gleichgesetzt werden soll. Jetzt steht er wegen “Verwendens von Kennzeichen verfassungswidriger und terroristischer Organisationen” vor Gericht.

    Wir sagen klar: Eure Verbrechen, nicht unsere!

    Schluss mit der Täter-Opfer-Umkehr und der Reinwaschung des deutschen Gewissens auf dem Rücken der Palästinenser. Verbote und Einschränkungen der Meinungsfreiheit können die deutsche Beteiligung am Völkermord in Gaza nicht verschleiern!

    Ob durch Waffenlieferungen, vor dem Internationalen Strafgerichtshof oder mit dem Knüppel auf der Straße, die BRD stellt sich wieder stolz auf die Seite des Völkermordes. Wir rufen alle auf, am 27.1. zur Kundgebung und Prozessbegleitung zu kommen und die Stimme gegen diesen von Deutschland unterstützten Völkermord zu erheben. Die Repression zu Hause dient dem Morden in Gaza!

    At the previous hearing on 17.01.25 the state put the comrade in a wooden cage while more police officers gave testimonies regarding the “attacking police” charge. Their testimonies highlighted among other things their arbitrary use (or non-use) of bodycams and their feeling of being somehow above the law.

    The dear comrade has been held since October 2024 in prison (Untersuchungshaft) for allegedly: Attempted damage to property, attempted arson, use of signs of unconstitutional or terrorist organizations, resistance to law enforcement officers, and assault on law enforcement officers.

    In the next hearing, the judge will continue addressing the charges of “resisting arrest” and “assaulting the police,” with more police testimonies. Let us all join in solidarity with this brave woman who defends her principles and Palestine even from behind bars!
