    EINE PAROLE, VERSCHIEDENE GESETZE

    Bei der letzten Gerichtsverhandlung in Berlin gegen die bekannte Parole „From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free – Vom Fluss bis zum Meer, Palästina wird frei sein” wurde versucht, die Parole mit dem Vorwurf der „Volksverhetzung” zu kriminalisieren. Diesmal versucht der deutsche Staat, den Slogan mit Hilfe des §86 StGB wegen „Verbreitung von Propaganda verfassungswidriger und terroristischer Organisationen” zu kriminalisieren.

    VERBOTENE ORGANISATIONEN

    Samidoun und Hamas wurden im November 2023 in Deutschland verboten, und der deutsche Staat hat willkürlich den Slogan „Vom Fluss bis zum Meer, Palästina wird frei sein” als ihnen „zugehörig” eingestuft, in dem Versuch, den rechtlichen Rahmen für ein vollständiges Verbot zu schaffen!

    Dieser Fall ist der erste in Berlin, in dem sie versuchen, dieses unrechtmäßige Gesetz anzuwenden!

    WARUM DIESES GANZE DRAMA, UM EINEN SLOGAN ZU VERBIETEN?

    • Um eine einfache, wohlbekannte und prinzipielle politische Position zu verbieten, die die Befreiung Palästinas und die Beendigung der Besatzung fordert!
    • Weiteres Durchgreifen gegen die Palästina-Solidaritätsbewegung in Deutschland und die Gestaltung ihres Diskurses!
    • Die Normalisierung des Framing der Palästina-Solidarität und des palästinensischen Widerstandes als „kriminell” und „terroristisch”!

    Ihre Taktik ist klar, ihre Absichten sind bekannt, und wir werden zusammenstehen bis zu unserem Sieg in Deutschland und bis zur Befreiung Palästinas!

    ONE SLOGAN, DIFFERENT LAWS

    The previous court hearimg in Berlin against the popular slogan: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” was attemting to criminalize the chant using “public incitement” allegations. This time, the german stater is attempting to use §86 StGB to criminalize it for “spreading propaganda of the unconstitutional and terroris organizations”.

    BANNED ORGANIZATIONS

    Samidoun and Hamas were banned in Germany in November 2023, and the German state arbitrarily assigned the slogan “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” as “belonging” to them, in an attempt to establish the legal framework to completely prohibit it!

    This case is the first in Berlin where they try to apply this reprehensible law!

    WHY ALL THIS DRAMA TO BAN A SLOGAN?

    • To prohibit the simple, wellknown and principled political position calling for the liberation of Palestine and ending the occupation!
    • Further crackdown on the Palestine solidarity movement in Germany and shaping its discourse!
    • Normaliuzing the framing of Palestine solidarity and the Palestinian resistance as “criminal” and “terrorist”!

    TOGETHER WE STAND

    Their tactics are clear, their intentions are known, and we will stand together until victory in Germany and liberation in Palestine!

    Anarchists and Autonomous For Free Palestine

    Which side are you on?!
    This is an open call to all who oppose the genocide against Palestinian people and the terror state of “Israel” – and it does not stop in Palestine, as demonstrated by the recent attacks and bombing on Lebanon.
    We call on those who know that principles of freedom, antifascism, and solidarity can never be tainted with zionist, colonialist, and racist lies – but on the contrary must never lose their clarity of focus. We continue to fight for liberation and autonomy of all oppressed peoples.
    We are many, and our internationalist and intercommunalist resistance is strong.

    States and their elites are financing and participating in the zionist entity (“Israel”)’s occupation and apartheid in Palestine and genocide of the Palestinian people.
    Most media is fuelling a terror campaign all around the world – and a part of the german self-proclaimed “left” (the pro-Israel zionists) are fully participating in it.

    And while the police deploy unhinged, racist violence repressing the people in the streets of Berlin – beating people to a pulp, sexual assaults, deporting people, even arresting children – the German state, with its mercenaries, is escalating its brutal assaults on freedom of speech and on the right to demonstrate.

    They all have blood on their hands! They cannot get away it with it. ¡No pasarán!

    We are taking the streets together to protest the genocide and zionist terror, and to defend the Palestinian people’s right to life, resistance, and existence against occupation and imperialism – and for the liberation of all oppressed peoples suffering under and resisting brutal regimes!
    Palestine will never die, Palestine will be free, Palestine will free us all.

    In the face of the ongoing genocide we will never be silent!
