Join us for Küfa and a live interview with Ruwaida Kamal Amer, a journalist and filmmaker from Gaza.

Formerly a science teacher, Ruwaida now documents the realities of life under siege, publishing her work in media outlets such as Al Jazeera English, Euronews, ABC News and +972 Magazine. Through a live interview and open Q&A, we will explore Ruwaida’s daily life in Gaza, how her experiences shape her sense of identity and hope, and the necessity of global solidarity and direct action in the face of colonial violence.

Am 26.2. laden wir euch zur Küfa und zu einem Live-Interview mit Ruwaida Kamal Amer, Journalistin und Filmemacherin aus Gaza.

Ruwaida war früher Lehrerin für Naturwissenschaften, heute dokumentiert sie die Realität des Lebens unter der Belagerung. Sie veröffentlicht ihre Arbeiten in Medien wie Al Jazeera English, Euronews, ABC News und +972 Magazine. Im Rahmen eines Live-Interviews und einer offenen Fragerunde werden wir Ruwaidas Alltag im Gazastreifen erkunden und erfahren, wie ihre Erfahrungen ihr Gefühl für Identität und Hoffnung prägen und wie notwendig globale Solidarität und direkte Aktionen angesichts der kolonialen Gewalt sind.
