Join us in court and support our Palestinian comrade from Gaza

In the trial three charges are being heard—resistance, assault, and prisoner liberation and insult, from 3 different demos from 2024. In one of them (HU occupation) the comrade collapsed and was left unconscious in handcuffs by the cops until the paramedics could intervene, remove the handcuffs, and treat him.

Fighting against genocide is not criminal. It is these German cops, the German politicians, German journalists, German prosecutors and judges who are complicit in Germany’s crimes against humanity and the genocide against the Palestinian people. But we will not be intimidated; we stand together and will keep protecting each other from state thugs. Stand in solidarity with our comrades in court, and let’s keep resisting for Palestine!

في المحاكمة تُستمع إلى ثلاث تهم — المقاومة، والاعتداء الجسدي، وتحرير السجناء والإهانة، من ثلاثة مظاهرات مختلفة في عام 2024. في إحدى هذه المظاهرات (خلال الأعتصام بجامعة هومبولدت HU) انهار الرفيق وظل مقيدا بالأصفاد بواسطة الشرطة حتى تمكن المسعفون من التدخل وتحريره من الأصفاد ومعالجتهمحاربة الإبادة الجماعية ليست جريمة. إن هؤلاء الشرطيين الألمان والسياسيين الألمان والصحفيين الألمان والمدعين العامين والقضاة الألمان هم المتواطئون في جرائم ألمانيا ضد الإنسانية والإبادة الجماعية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني. لكننا لن نخضع للترهيب؛ سنقف معاً وسنواصل حماية بعضنا البعض من بلطجية الدولة. تضامنوا مع رفاقنا في المحكمة، ولنواصل النّضال من أجل فلسطين!
