Der Ermittlungsausschuss (EA) ist bei Stress mit Polizei und Ermittlungsbehörden unter 0176 / 154 839 54 erreichbar.

Der EA ist eine Rechtshilfegruppe, die sich vor allem bei Demonstrationen und Aktionen um Festgenommene kümmert und ihnen wenn nötig versucht, fähige Anwält*innen zu vermitteln.

Wenn du festgenommen wurdest, sagst du der Polizei nichts und unterschreibst nichts. Alles was du sagst, könnte im Zweifel gegen dich verwendet werden. Du bist lediglich verpflichtet Angaben über deine Person zu machen (Was auf deinem Perso/Pass steht).

Bei Festnahmen hast du das Recht, eine Vertrauensperson und eine*n Anwälten zu kontaktieren. Ruf beim EA unter 0176 / 154 839 54 an!

The Legal Team is a legal support group that primarily assists people who are detained during demonstrations and actions and, if necessary, tries to connect them with competent lawyers.

If you are arrested, do not say anything to the police and do not sign anything. Anything you say could be used against you.

You are only required to provide personal details (the information shown on your ID/passport).
