The hearing will challenge the court’s outrageous decision to sentence our comrade to 36 months’ probation for allegedly assaulting and injuring a cop, and resisting arrest during a Palestine demonstration in summer 2024.
Nearly two years later, Berlin’s courts are still busy criminalizing our protests—while Germany’s role in the zionist-U.S. genocide hasn’t changed at all. The killing now affects even more people than it did then.
To the german cops, courts and all institutions: shame on you for the blood on your hands, leave our comrades alone!
We will not leave the streets, because we -unlike you- are on the right side of history.

جلسة الإستماع هي طعن لقرار المحكمة الظالم، حيث حكم على الرفيق بِ36 أشهر من المراقبة بدعوى الإعتداء و إصابة شرطي و مقاومة الإعتقال في مظاهرة داعمة لفلسطين في صيف 2024.
بعد أكثر من عامين، لا تزال محاكم برلين مشغولة بتجريم مظاهراتنا، في حين لم يتغير دور ألمانيا في الإبداة الجماعية الصهيو أمريكية على الإطلاق رغم تزايد القتل و الإجرام.
و نقول للشرطة الألمانية والمحاكم وجميع مؤسسات الدولة: سيلاحقكم العار بسبب الدماء التي تلطخ أيديكم. دعوا رفاقنا وشأنهم.
أما نحن، فلن نترك الشوارع، لأننا، وعكسكم، نقف على الجانب الصحيح من التاريخ.
